As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support pupils learning and wellbeing by assisting in classroom activities and providing tailored support where needed.As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Providing one-to-one or small group support to help pupils progress.Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.Monitoring pupil engagement and reporting any concerns to teachers or senior staff. The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant role will: Have previous experience working in a school or with children and young people.Be calm, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference in students lives.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).Provide a full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations of any employment gaps.
