Deputy Group Manager - Order to Cash Operations

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Deputy Group Manager - Order to Cash (O2C) Operations to lead and oversee finance operations across the Order to Cash function. The role will focus particularly on Credit Management and Cash Applications, ensuring high-quality service delivery, SLA adherence, financial accuracy, internal controls and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in O2C operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across finance, operations and matrixed stakeholder environments. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder to Cash Operations Manage end-to-end service delivery for O2C processes within scope. Oversee activities across Credit Management and Cash Applications. Manage invoice processing, vendor/customer master data activities, query resolution, indexing, invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting as applicable to the operation. Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines. Monitor operational performance and ensure SLAs and quality targets are consistently achieved. Ensure appropriate financial treatment and accounting controls are maintained. Monitor operational risks and identify areas requiring corrective action.
