The service delivers person-centred care for residents with a range of complex needs, including Parkinson''s disease, stroke, COPD, and palliative/end-of-life care.The RoleWe are seeking Senior Care Assistants (x3) to join our dedicated team. You will deliver and oversee care, support residents'' wellbeing, and mentor junior staff.
