Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – West EndAn established London practice is looking for a corporate solicitor 5 PQE to join its flourishing team.Responsibilities

You will be joining a busy corporate team with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. The work will involve acting for a diverse client base, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to larger corporates and investors, across a wide range of sectors.Many matters involve cross-border elements, giving you the chance to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.Beyond transactional work, you’ll advise on wider corporate issues such as corporate governance, restructurings, and joint ventures, ensuring clients receive well-rounded and commercially focused advice.You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your profile through business development, building on the team’s established network and contributing to its continued growth.Requirements

We’re looking for a solicitor with solid corporate experience and a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions. You should be commercially minded and able to communicate effectively with clients.Equally important is a proactive, team-focused attitude and the drive to contribute to the long-term success of the practice.On offer
