This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the cost management and contract management aspects of the project, from initiation through to close-out.Key Responsibilities:Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, with proven experience administering NEC3/NEC4 optionsSkilled in issuing and managing contractual notices, early warnings, compensation events, and change management processesAbility to interpret contract clauses, advise project teams, and ensure full compliance with NEC obligationsDemonstrated ability to manage high-value packages with high volumes of change, ensuring robust change control processes and accurate forecastingExperienced in cost administration for consultants and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts, and commercial targetsAbility to scrutinise cost and change submissions and validate valuations for accuracyAbility to maintain and update EWN and risk registers, quantify risk exposure, and support mitigation strategiesSkilled in identifying, assessing, and managing commercial and project risks, including risks associated with changeEnsures risks are communicated clearly and factored into commercial forecasts and decision-makingStrong understanding of disallowed costs, with the ..... full job details .....
