Electrician (Social Housing)

We are currently seeking a time-served, fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality work across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently within domestic properties
• Undertake electrical testing and inspection work
• Work across both occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties
• Perform repairs on a variety of central heating systems where required

About You

• Fully qualified, time-served Electrician
• Proven experience working within social housing
• Strong fault-finding, testing, and diagnostic skills
• Broad knowledge of domestic electrical systems and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
