We re looking for an Electronics Production Assembler for an exciting new role with an electronics manufacturer in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role that involves both board-level assembly and full box builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, a positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering - Cable and electromechanical assembly using crimp tools - Rework and adjustments on PCBAs - Working from customer BOMs and technical drawings - Ensuring builds meet required manufacturing standards What We re Looking For: - IPC 610 experience or knowledge (Class 2 minimum preferred) - Confident soldering skills (PTH and SMT) - Strong component recognition and understanding - Able to work under a microscope with fine-pitch components - Clear communication and good documentation skills - Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure - Inspection experience is a plus, but not essential Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am 3:45 pm, Friday: 7:30 am 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) Pay: Baased on experieince (up to £14.50 per hour) If you think your background is a great fit, we''d love to hear from you!
