Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Operative to support the daily operations of a busy customer service function. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service, maintaining accurate stock and administrative records, and working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve queries efficiently.
