Dual-Site Parts Manager Commercial Main Dealership Location: Berkshire Salary: Basic up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £55,000 per annum Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Dual-Site Parts Manager to lead parts operations across two commercial main dealership locations in Berkshire. This is a pivotal leadership role, focusing on operational efficiency, team performance, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the Parts Department across both sites Achieve and exceed performance targets including Customer Experience Index (CXi), Conversion to Order (CTO), and Labour Sales Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and parts logistics Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between departments Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing parts team Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency and profitability Package and Working Hours Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience and skills Performance-related bonus of up to £10,000 per annum 40-hour work week: Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid break) Company-provided vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Parts Manager in a commercial or main dealership environment ..... full job details .....
