In this role, you will provide technical field support across the Sheffield, Doncaster, and Barnsley patch, ensuring our clients receive first-class service and solutions for their printing needs.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for printers.Investigate and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.Perform device installations, routine maintenance, and updates/modifications as required.Support installations and ensure smooth setup of printer equipment.Please note: You will not be expected to carry heavy equipment upstairs; all equipment will already have been delivered. Knowledge, Experience andamp; Skills: Previous experience in a field technical support role, ideally within the MFP/copier/print industry.City andamp; Guilds or similar qualification, or equivalent competence level.Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to resolving technical issues quickly.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide first-class customer service.Candidates must be based in or near Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley.
