The service will offer an empowering, strengths-based model of support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes. Your role will involve providing care and support in a personalised and responsive manner. You will provide respectful personal care and support to enable people to develop their quality of life and independence. This will include providing support to build confidence and skills in all activities of daily living. You will enable people to establish a positive and meaningful lifestyle, build community connections and relationships with others. Prior relevant paid or voluntary work experience of supporting people with autism, a learning disability and/or mental health needs is essential.
