The role will involve close collaboration with site teams, subcontractors and senior management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing all commercial aspects of new build construction projectsPreparing and monitoring project budgets and cost plansProcuring and managing subcontractor packagesValuing works, processing applications and managing variationsPreparing interim valuations, final accounts and cost reportsEnsuring effective cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycleLiaising with site and project teams to maintain programme and commercial performanceThe Ideal Candidate The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within new build constructionStrong knowledge of cost ..... full job details .....
