Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. NOTE: This is a temporary contract for 4 months. A permanent role, or extension of the contract is not guaranteed at this time, but may change in the future depending on business needs. Salary: £16.18 an hour (this includes the shift allowance) Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, Days and Nights on rotation (5.30am 5.30pm / 5.30pm 5.30am) PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: You have extensive experience in a Production / Manufacturing company in a similar hands-on manufacturing role. You drive and have your own transport (Essential due to the location of the company). You are willing to work the shifts shown above. Responsibilities: As a Production Operative, you will operate as a flexible, co-operative and effective team member in order to meet factory production demands, ensuring that customer needs are always met. You will strive to consistently meet production targets whilst at the same time ensuring that work always adheres to the required quality standards. To constructively participate in team meetings and team briefings, always looking for continuous improvement. Assist in the training and development of new starters.
