About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic Finance team, supporting financial operations and ensuring smooth accounting processes. This is a 4 day week office role, with 1 day operating from home.Key Responsibilities:Process invoices, supplier payments, and staff expenses.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve disputes.Produce sales invoices and monitor aged debtor arrears.Assist with consignment accounting, settlements, and grower payments.Post and reconcile credit card transactions and journal entries.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, sales summaries, and cash-flow forecasts.Maintain the fixed assets register and assist with audits.Support process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree or working towards an accounting qualification (AAT).2-5 years of experience (or equivalent skills).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key finance function within a growing business.
