They are seeking a dynamic and reliable Drama teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from after the Easter break until the end of the academic year, with a strong possibility of an extension from September 2025.

About the Role:

This exciting role involves delivering engaging and creative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire and connect with students of all abilities, fostering a love for Drama and creativity in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring inclusivity and creativity.
• Motivate and inspire students to express themselves confidently and develop their performance skills.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to provide a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4.
• A creative and dynamic approach to teaching that engages and inspires students.
• Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced school environment.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
