Young People Support Worker We are seeking four compassionate Support Workers to help young people experiencing homelessness build confidence, develop life skills and move towards independence. About the role At Depaul UK, you will support young people aged 18 to 25 who are experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment and work alongside each young person as they plan their next steps. You will: Act as a key worker, building trusted relationships and providing practical and emotional support. Complete needs and risk assessments and develop support plans with clear, achievable goals.
