Division of a Manufacturing Group based in Ryde, Isle of Wight, has an opportunity for an experienced, hands on interim Financial Controller to undertake responsibility for the day to day financial management of the organisation. What will the interim Financial Controller opportunity involve? Reporting to the Managing Director the key responsibilities of the role will include: Preparation of monthly accounts including balance sheet reconciliations to incorporating stock, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments Preparation of annual financial statements and all statutory returns including VAT Support the annual budgeting process working with key stakeholders to understand financial costs and performance through monthly reforecasting Work closely with the Managing Director through the provision of effective and meaningful analysis on performance and costs to enable strategic business decision making Manage and support Finance team in their daily duties Suitable Candidate for the Interim Financial Controller vacancy: Applicants for the position will ideally hold a full accountancy qualification with a proven track record of successfully undertaking the hands-on financial management of an SME Strong communication skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully Additional benefits and information for the role of Interim Financial Controller: The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with the successful applicant expected to attend the office two days a ..... full job details .....
