Health, Safety and Welfare Culture Advisor urgenty required with substantive experience in an FMCG , food safety background, with a focus on Compliance and Cultural Change. A key role within the business, embedding a proactive safety culture, with responsibility for promoting best practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and driving employee engagement in health, safety and welfare initiatives. Responsibilities; Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations, including HSE guidance, HACCP, COSHH and food safety standards Conduct risk assessments and develop safe working procedures across all operational areas Train, support and monitor managers on risk assessments and working procedures for their departmental responsibilities Monitor and review workplace hazards, ensuring appropriate controls are in place Assist in accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions Maintain up-to-date records of audits, inspections, and training Requirements; NEBOSH, HACCP, COSHH, FOOD SAFETY, HSE qualified Strong understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation Proven ability to influence and engage employees at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills Passionate about creating a positive safety culture and employee well-being Excellent IT, influencing, planning and organisational skills Benefits include; Company car Company ..... full job details .....
