Reporting to the Head of Operations you will ensure a collaborative approach to the continued growth of the business. A key part of the role is to provide effective leadership, support and motivation to the team. Ensuring that all deals are accurately and efficiently prepared for payout in line with the credit approval and all regulatory and compliance requirements.Your responsibilities will include Ensure that all key controls are adhered to including working within the relevant procedures and that all documentation has been fully completed and signed as requiredLine manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration and recruitmentCreate Personal Development Plans with each member of the sales team and execute upon that planEffective monitoring and management of workflow queues, providing regular reporting on turnaround times.
