An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join Cygnet Group on a full-time basis at our Kings Hill office in Kent (ME19 4AE) (we are also open to considering part-time). This role will be a hands-on role supporting our busy finance team with all of their HR requirements. Supported by our Group HR function, no prior HR experience is required however experience working in a busy office environment will be beneficial. Please note this is a FTC for 8 months, covering Maternity Leave. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week based in the office and three days working from home. Purpose of role The HR Administrator will support the Finance function by helping to deliver a consistent, high-quality people service across the team. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, HR Business Partner and Finance managers, the role will provide administrative and coordination support across key employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, reporting and compliance. The postholder will act as a key point of contact between the Group Financial Controller, HR Business Partner and Finance team, supporting effective communication, accurate record keeping and the smooth delivery of people processes.
