The firm has built an excellent reputation for its client-focused approach and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.The successful Employment Solicitor will work closely with an experienced team of litigators, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law mattersManaging employment tribunal claims from inception through to conclusionDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooksAdvising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management proceduresProviding guidance on redundancy, restructuring and TUPE mattersAdvising on settlement agreements and negotiating exitsAssisting clients with workplace investigations and employment disputesDelivering commercially focused and pragmatic legal adviceBuilding and ..... full job details .....
