We are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to join their manufacturing team. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 7:00am 5:00pm No weekends 29 days holiday entitlement About the Role As an Assembly Operative, you will be involved in all aspects of the final assembly. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with good manual dexterity, practical skills and a willingness to learn.Key responsibilities include: Assembly and manufacturing of trailer components Using hand and power tools (experience advantageous but not essential) Working to strict SOPs within a continuous improvement environment Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity Supporting team targets and production schedules Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
