Technical Coordinator Location: Epping areaSalary: 33,000 - 38,000 (depending on experience)Hours: Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pmPermanent, full-time positionWe are working with a well-established manufacturing and production business in the Epping area who are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to support their order processing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that customer orders are handled accurately, technical specifications are correct, and production teams have everything they need to deliver projects smoothly.Key responsibilities:Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring details match final quotations and purchase orders.Review and validate technical specifications against drawings and schedules prior to production.Act as a link between sales, estimating, design, and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.Maintain and update the order schedule using internal systems (e.g. Trello) to track workflow and deadlines.Compile and prepare documentation, drawings, and cutting lists into complete job packs for the factory team.What you''ll need:Experience in order processing, estimating, project coordination, or sales administration (essential).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing technical information.Previous exposure to manufacturing, joinery, or construction environments (advantageous but not essential).Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to read and interpret ..... full job details .....
