Based across Hull and Leeds£32,000 per annum + car or car allowanceWe are looking for an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our growing portfolio across Hull and Leeds. You''ll be leading all aspects of cleaning on a multi-site, multi-industry collection of contracts across the Yorkshire region. You will have direct Line management responsibility for a team of Mobile Supervisors and their teams of cleaners, demonstrating the energy and drive to take the contracts forward. As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, and audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager.
