Parts Sales Hub Manager
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week (flexible start and finish times available)
Salary: -35,000 basic | OTE -48,000

A well-established commercial vehicle dealership is currently seeking a Parts Sales Hub Manager to join its team in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to lead a high-performing team and drive parts sales performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role Overview:

The Parts Sales Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parts sale''s hub, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales efficiency, and departmental productivity. This role involves managing a team of parts advisors and supporting sales performance while working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver industry-leading service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the smooth operation of the parts sales hub.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow parts sales and achieve agreed targets.
• Ensure customer enquiries, online orders, and invoice queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Promote current offers and product promotions to customers.
• Oversee incoming calls and workflow to maximise response times and service levels.
• Work in partnership with internal teams including Operations Support and Head of Parts to deliver best-in-class performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Parts Sales Advisors to achieve personal and departmental goals.
• Contribute positively to the workplace culture and lead by example in maintaining high standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in parts sales, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• IT literate with the ability to manage systems, orders, and reports.
• Energetic, positive, and adaptable approach with a focus on collaboration.
