The Licensed Conveyancer Role Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: Sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold transactions Transfers of equity Remortgages New build matters Licensed Conveyancer Requirements The firm is open to speaking with: Qualified Solicitors Licensed Conveyancers ILEX / CILEX professionals Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegals Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage files with a degree of autonomy.
