We are currently seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 12-week office fit-out project in Milton Keynes. This role will be working on a major corporate head office, with a strong focus on M&E installations.

Role Overview:

• Manage and coordinate all night shift activities on site.

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.

• Maintain site health & safety standards in line with company policy.

• Oversee the heavily M&E-orientated fit-out works.

• Report daily progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects (M&E bias essential).

• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work nights on a 12-week programme.
