What You''ll be Doing:Deliver engaging, 1:1 Functional Skills sessions in Maths and/or English tailored to each learner''s academic level and EHCP targets.Support students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH.Use calm, consistent strategies to build positive learning relationships and nurture engagement over time.Liaise with families, carers, and local professionals to ensure continuity and meaningful progress.Foster a safe, empowering learning environment where every student feels heard and capable.
