Lecturer in Health and Social Care
Full-Time | 37 Hours per Week | Gloucestershire (Gloucester, Cheltenham & Cinderford Campuses)

Salary: £27,432 – £40,795 per annum + Excellent Benefits

The Role
You will deliver engaging and informative lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care students, supporting them to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for careers in the sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Health and Social Care to Level 2 and Level 3 learners
• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
• Assessing student work and providing meaningful feedback
• Supporting learner progression into further study or employment
• Contributing to curriculum development and team collaboration

  
Requirements

• A relevant degree in Health and Social Care or related subject
• PGCE or Level 5 Teaching Qualification (TQ)
• Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care
• Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector
• Ability to engage and motivate learners across a range of abilities

  
Desirable

• Experience teaching within a further education setting
• Nursing or clinical background
