An established company are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive role involves providing first class customer service to clients, managing and processing incoming orders and responding to customer queries in an appropriate and timely manner.Salary: Up to £38,000 (OTE/bonuses)Office based Free onsite parking Sales Executive responsibilities:Answering incoming calls, understanding client needs and dealing with enquiries/ordersProcessing orders accurately and offer alternatives/upsellingProviding exceptional customer service at all timesWorking to set KPIs, achieving and exceeding targets for orders and callsManaging the incoming sales inbox of ordersKeeping customers updated on the scheduled delivery date and any changes on products, efficiently backordering items and offering an alternativeRemaining knowledgeable on a range of products to give technical advice to customersProcessing balances on a daily basis using the in-house systemFollowing through urgent orders for customersAssisting with delivery queries and following through to completionHaving a thorough knowledge of how all systems and processes workSales Executive skills/competencies:Proven experience within a similar role desirableStrong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitudeProficient in Microsoft OfficeApply ..... full job details .....
