Khalsa Aid is looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager - India to lead our humanitarian and development programmes across the country. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference. Based in the UK, you will oversee multiple projects across India, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight and support to our teams, partners and communities. What You''ll Do As Operations Manager, you will: Lead and oversee all operational activities across India. Manage multiple humanitarian, development and emergency response projects. Build strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community leaders and partners. Lead, mentor and develop India-based staff and volunteers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of governance and compliance. Manage programme budgets and resources responsibly. Support rapid deployment during humanitarian emergencies. Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
