MIG & TIG Welder - Straight Day Shift 
Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am - 16:45pm & Friday 07.30am - 12.30pm (40 hours p/w) or early shift (6am-2pm)
Salary: £15ph

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join their Welding team. The role focuses on high quality TIG welding of thin gauge materials, alongside MIG welding and light fabrication
 
Key Responsibilities:-

• MIG and TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (0.9mm-10mm)
• Working from technical drawings to meet exact specifications.
• Performing own quality checks to ensure a clean, consistent finish.
• Collaborating with the fabrication team to meet production targets.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy work environment.

 What You''ll Need
We''re looking for a reliable, skilled welder with:

• Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding, ideally in a sheet metal fabrication setting.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a pride in producing high-quality finishes.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently.
• Team player with good communication skills
• A relatively stable work history.
