Finance and Procurement Coordinator - Media and Advertising - London - Hybrid - £40,000 We are seeking a superstar Finance and Procurement Coordinator to join a high-growth, media agency in the heart of London. Reporting directly to one of the Directors, this exciting position offers complete ownership of day-to-day finance and purchasing administration across a newly created department. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping and Account Management: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial records, and maintain accurate financial data within accounting systems. Accounts Payable and Supplier Relations: Process and reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders, manage supplier accounts, resolve invoice queries, and set up payments for approval. Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow: Complete regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure precise financial tracking. Credit Control and VAT Returns: Support accounts receivable and credit control processes, while preparing and submitting timely VAT returns. Purchasing and External Liaison: Support overall day-to-day purchasing operations and liaise with external accountants as required. Key Requirements 5+ years of hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience, ideally with strong technical confidence in small-business environments.
