Business Development ManagerOur client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, estimate and win work, and support delivery of tiling and stone projects across London and surrounding areas.About the ClientA London-based specialist in high-quality tiling (ceramic, porcelain) and stone (marble, granite) for commercial and residential projects. They emphasise technical excellence, competitive pricing, accreditation, and health and safety standards. Current turnover is approx. 500,000.Projects typically range from 5,000 to 400,000.Role and Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and clients in the tiling and stone sector.Produce accurate estimates, proposals, and tender documents.Negotiate and close contracts (commercial and residential).Work remotely with regular site visits around London.Track margins, budgets, and commercial performance.Candidate RequirementsEssentialEstablished contacts in both ceramic/porcelain and natural stone marketProven BDM / business development experience in tiling/stone sectors.Strong estimating, commercial, and negotiation skills.Understanding of tiling, stone installation, and finishing trades.Comfortable working from home and travelling to site visits.Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities.DesirablePackage and LogisticsSalary: 80,000 per annumBenefits: Company car and laptopRole start: NovemberHybrid / remote working with regular site visits. ..... full job details .....
