They are seeking a Lead Senior Engineer to combine hands-on technical delivery with team leadership, shaping architecture, driving engineering standards, and mentoring a high-performing development team. This role will play a key part in modernising practices, improving quality, and supporting the continued evolution of a scalable AWS-based platform.Key Responsibilities of the Lead Senior Engineer: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions. Contribute hands-on to development, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Drive best practice across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system reliability.
