About the RoleAs a Group Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse across all stages of their recovery journey. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver collaborative recovery planning, structured group work and evidence-based interventions that support engagement, reduce harm and promote long-term, self-sustained recovery.
