The Role You will be responsible for extracting, validating, analysing and interpreting complex data from a variety of operational, workforce and corporate systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will translate investigative and operational activity into meaningful reports, trends analysis and performance insights.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting service improvement initiatives, workforce planning and performance management through robust analytical reporting.
