Channel Marketing Lead - EMEA (ex Italy & DACH)

ResponsibilitiesEngage with Intermediary Client Coverage leadership; lead the development and execution of the intermediary marketing strategy in EMEALA, coordinating with marketing colleagues across the regionEstablish a marketing coverage model that allows for a fully integrated, globally aligned marketing plan with regional implementation for the intermediary channelCollaborate with global Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to develop thought leadership, events, advertising, digital promotion, and communication strategies focusing on existing and new product capabilitiesDevelop a regional events strategy including educational/research programs with proprietary and third-party event partnersCreate messaging, positioning, and channel-specific marketing materials with local partners for global program implementationBuild strategic initiative plans for senior management approval, including goals, tactics, budgets, ROI, and measurementOrganize and lead channel campaigns, conduct project meetings, and analyze project progressPartner with global channel marketing to activate campaigns regionallyIdentify project risks, develop contingency plans, and manage escalationsCampaign Development, Planning and Execution:Implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting intermediary audiencesCoordinate with Client Coverage teams to align campaigns with growth objectivesOversee translation processes ensuring content accuracyMonitor and optimize campaign performanceLead Generation and Digital Engagement:Create lead reports with analytics teams to track progressDevelop client segmentation and digital engagement roadmapsExpand digital outreach globallyAnalyze post-campaign metricsMarket Intelligence:Review peer groups and industry developments to identify growth opportunitiesReport on investor behavior and industry issuesDevelop creative campaigns based on market insightsQualifications Required:Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in investment managementExtensive European intermediary market experience with a global outlookProven track record in strategic marketing planning and executionAbility to manage complex projects across print, digital, events, and mediaStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsCollaborative, proactive, and adaptable working styleKnowledge of financial services marketing regulationsTechnical Skills:Experience in marketing strategy executionKnowledge of intermediary business and investment strategiesAbility to balance strategy with executionInterpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder managementOrganizational skills with attention to detailResilience and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsTeam-oriented and relationship-building skillsNeuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
