ResponsibilitiesDELIVERY: Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, milestones, budgets, and define success criteria.

Deliver hands-on project management and agile best practices across large and complex engagements.

Lead project teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.

Collaborate with AWS internal stakeholders to understand customers’ needs, how success is defined, and ensure we exceed expectations in delivering customer outcomes.

COMMUNICATION: Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of management.

Interface with various customers and internal AWS stakeholders at senior leadership and SME levels.

TEAMING: Proven success in working with dispersed teams and executive leadership in a complex customer environment.

Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional team members, sponsors, executives, and other stakeholders.

This is a customer-facing role. You will be required to travel to customer locations to deliver professional services when needed.

The Professional Services team at AWS assists enterprise customers as they shift to the cloud by incorporating our services into their overall architecture, working with customer teams and AWS partners to provide deep expertise in architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that drive real business outcomes. You’ll accelerate product adoption while advocating for customer success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperiences in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements

Experiences in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently and/or at scale

5+ years delivering customer engagements in a professional services role

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Has presented to C-level executives and/or senior leadership teams
