The successful candidate will have strong estimating experience within the construction or fit-out sector, with a good understanding of internal finishes, subcontractor packages, materials and project costs. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to join an established and growing business, working on a varied range of internal fit-out projects across the North West and wider UK. Key Responsibilities Review and assess incoming tender enquiries and project specifications. Analyse drawings, schedules, scopes of work and tender documentation. Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for internal fit-out projects. Obtain and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Price labour, materials, plant and subcontractor packages. Identify project risks, exclusions, opportunities and potential cost savings. Prepare competitive tender submissions and supporting documentation.
