The Role As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload from instruction through to conclusion, advising a broad client base on a range of contentious matters. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm while maintaining responsibility for your own files and client relationships. Your caseload will include: Contractual disputes Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings Property and boundary disputes Professional negligence claims Company and partnership disputes Contested probate claims Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and negotiation Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
