Right now, we are looking for a Director of Modern Slavery and Domestic Abuse to play a pivotal role in our services. Sounds great, what will I be doing? We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee our survivor-focused services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality support for people affected by modern slavery, exploitation and domestic abuse. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for safeguarding, operational excellence, service development and strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex services. You will lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-focused services that place survivors at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with commissioners, funders, prime contractors and partner organisations, you will ensure contractual and performance targets are consistently met while identifying opportunities to strengthen services, improve outcomes and drive innovation.
