Key Responsibilities Lead month-end reporting and management accounts. Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Partner with operations to improve profitability and drive performance. Oversee inventory, costing and working capital management. Deliver KPI reporting, variance analysis and commercial insights. Support capital investment decisions and business case development. About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Background in manufacturing, recycling or a similar operational environment. Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
