Working Hours Monday to Friday: 07:45 - 17:15 45-hour working week 30-minute unpaid lunch break Overtime available on Saturdays Pay Rate 14.75 per hour The Role You will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. You will represent the company professionally, maintaining its values and commitment to service excellence. Key Responsibilities Complete multiple daily deliveries and collections of various shipment types, sizes and weights. Deliver outstanding customer service during every customer interaction. Accurately record working and driving hours in line with transport regulations. Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure loads are secured correctly. Follow all company driving standards, policies and procedures. Sort and prioritise workloads to ensure all delivery commitments are met. Collect and process cash-on-delivery payments where required.
