Production Team Leader Colchester, CO7 Pay: £12.80 £13.50 per hour Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy and well-established fresh produce operation based in Colchester. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with strong supervisory experience and a commitment to food safety and quality standards. You will oversee a fruit packing line, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, efficiency, and product quality. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure all packing targets and customer requirements are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate packing line staff to ensure an efficient workflow Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet daily packing targets Hands-on packing of fresh produce when required Ensure all orders are accurate and completed on time Monitor and maintain correct and effective packaging of produce Minimise waste of fruit and packaging materials Maintain and continuously improve BRC and food safety standards across the site Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene, HACCP, Health and Safety, GDPR, Environmental Health, Modern Slavery, and HR policies Train and support team members on packing processes, safety procedures, and operational standards Promote a positive, flexible, and can-do team environment Requirements Previous Team Leader ..... full job details .....
