Payroll lead - Hybrid working - salary circa £40,000 - 12-month contract - Salford area Your new company This leading national organisation is looking to recruit a payroll lead to join their team on a permanent basis, offering flexible working and on-site parking and exposure to project work.Your new role This is an immediate start position, You will work alongside a small payroll team to process and manage the end-to-end payroll for approx 2000 employees, ensuring payroll deadlines are met on a weekly and monthly basis. You will lead the junior team and report directly to the Finance lead. What you''ll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will already be operating in a supervisor/management role and have a minimum of 3 years of end-to-end UK payroll experience within the UK.You will have experience with processing auto enrolment pensions and any additional benefits, and be organised and work with initiative.
