The role and responsibilities As Block Manager, you will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential developments, acting as the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operation of a residential block portfolio. Building relationships with freeholders, RMCs, RTMs and leaseholders. Preparing and monitoring annual service charge budgets. Managing planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and associated works. Coordinating Section 20 consultations and major works projects.
