HW Finance are pleased to be partnering with a large and successful UK business to support them with the hire of a Finance Manager to join their team.About the role:This is a varied role, suitable for a newly qualified accountant, involved in month end process, financial analysis, budgeting processes, and financial modelling. The role is a good mix of reporting and commercial activities, offering broad exposure for a newly qualified accountant. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse gross margin results in line with month end delivery timescalesConduct and present financial analysis, supporting the commercial finance function to challenge the trading team and understand performanceCreate new management accounts and forecast models for any new entities.Involvement in monthly reforecasting processAccurate and timely submission of all group reportingResponsible for KPI reporting, and involved in producing monthly packsDrive continuous process improvement across the teamAbout You:ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent)Strong management accounting or audit backgroundConfident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsExperience of dealing with large, complex datasetsStrong Excel skillsStrong working knowledge of accounting standardsPragmatic and flexible in approachWhat''s on offer:Salary c£48-53k (dependent on experience) + bonusExcellent wider packageHybrid ..... full job details .....
