Executive Assistant to MD£40,000Twickenham - 4 days in the office, 1 day from homeWe''re working with a well established and friendly corporate business in Twickenham who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director and wider team.This is a varied role combining high quality EA support with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.The role:Providing EA support to the Managing Director, including diary and meeting coordinationSupporting additional senior stakeholders as neededActing as a key point of contact within the officeOverseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs smoothlyLiaising with suppliers and supporting facilities managementCreating a professional and welcoming office environmentAbout you:Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role as well as office managementComfortable supporting senior stakeholders (MD/Director level)Happy to take ownership of office coordination and day-to-day operationsHighly organised, proactive and personableEnjoys being office based and part of a collaborative teamThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to be both a trusted EA and an integral part of a busy office environment.In return the Executive Assistant will receive a basic salary of £40,000.
