Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Birmingham

My client is a young, ambitious, and rapidly growing building consultancy. Founded less than 10 years ago, they have expanded to a 70+ strong team across South West - and now opened a newest office in Birmingham. With bold plans to establish a presence in the North of England by 2026, they are looking for experienced Building Surveyors who want to be part of this exciting growth journey.

The Role:
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you''ll be working across a diverse range of projects, supporting clients with surveys, inspections, project management, and professional consultancy advice. You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping our new Birmingham office and will have opportunities to mentor junior surveyors as well as contribute to the firm''s continued expansion.

What We''re Looking For:
- 4+ years'' experience in Building Surveying
- Comfortable working across both project and professional services
- RICS qualification is NOT essential - but a willingness to work towards it is
- A proactive, ambitious mindset - someone excited by growth and new opportunities
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
